All we ask is that you follow some troubleshooting steps with a customer service specialist to ensure the device is defective.

To Qualify, Follow These 3 Simple Steps:

  1. You must contact a customer service specialist at help@powr.co within 30 days from the date of purchase. (The product must have been purchased from powr.co.)
  2. You may be asked to provide images/video of the product and how it's being used.
  3. The returned items should include all accessories and parts included in the box as delivered. Missing items will void the 30-day money-back guarantee.

After Approval:

Once approved, you will send the product back to us with a valid tracking link. You're refunded no more than 3 business days after we receive the product.

*In some cases, we may accept a return even if the instructions are not followed, however, we may withhold a $16 restocking fee.

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Does Not Apply to:

  1. Change of mind.
  2. Incorrect use.
  3. Incompatible phone/case.
  4. Products purchased from 3rd parties.
